New church approved on Obrero

San Juan-based Center for Spiritual Living will move its facility to Mission Viejo, under an agreement the Planning and Transportation Commission approved on Monday. The Commission approved a conditional use permit that calls for an 8,938-square-foot facility at Obrero, Unit D. The Planning and Transportation Commission on Monday cleared the way for a new high-end fondue restaurant to sell beer, wine and distilled spirits when it opens its doors in the Mission Foothill Marketplace shopping center.
